For regular foot traffic. Great for push mowers, wheel barrows, or bicycles.
Heavy Duty Ramp - $250
If you have a ride on mower or motorcycle, then you will want this ramp. We build them to withstand heavy loads.
32" Deep Loft - $15 Linear Ft
Our storage loft runs the full width of the shed and is 32" deep. It is a great way to save floor space. Use it for bulky items like patio cushions or umbrellas
24" Deep Workbench - $10 Linear Ft
Our work bench runs the full width of the shed and is 24" deep. Perfect for a potting bench or tool bench. It also can be used as a nice storage shelf for boxes.

Pad will be 12" beyond all sides with a treated lumber border. 3" of gravel over landscape fabric.
Generator - $40/ day
If a power supply cannot be supplied by the property owner for the construction period, a generator cost will be added to the total.
Most sheds will take 2 days to construct.
Deck, no rails, up to 24" from ground- $20/sq ft
Decks made with treated lumber, on 16" centers with, treated 5/4 deck boards installed with exterior grade screws.
Base Trim- $5 per linear ft
Trim band board around the bottom to increase curb appeal and add durability.
Extra Set Of Double Doors - $325
Sometimes customers may want two sets of double doors for easier access into the shed.
Extra Single Door - $225
Floor Insulation - $5.50/sq ft
R19 Fiberglass placed in between floor joist. Solid plywood underneath to create a sealed environment to protect against rodents, insects and moisture.
